The pto shaft is interchangeble, is there some way i can add a spacer and get the 540 pto rpm at 1100 engine rpm. I know some tractors have the switchable pto speed lever which makes this possible,

Normally the pto speed is determined by a set of fixed ratio gears. You can only get 540 rpm at one speed or a 1000 rpm at another. I don't know how a spacer would work to change that.

I can't say for sure but I'm thinking the gear for the 1000 rpm was further inside the case then the 540 gear.
The easiest would be to install the 1000 rpm shaft and use a 21 spline to 6 spline adapter.

I know some older tractors when you flip the shaft the 540 side is longer and pushes against something inside that changes the speed to 1000 rpm. I don’t know if the ts 110 is the same way or not.

Could be, none of the older Fords and New Hollands that I'm used to change the speed they all picked up a different gear in the PTO housing.
