New Holland Workmaster 35/40 vs LS G3033/G3038

Just saw these and was curious what the differences are. Both have the shuttle shift or hydrostatic option. Same engines from what I saw. The NH shows slightly more hydraulic pressure flow and possibly a bit heavier. Are these tweaked specs or are there really the same tractor with some cosmetic changes. I also curious on pricing differences. Anyone?

We own a G3038. I know that the loader from LS is not the same as the NH loader but I was under the impression that the rest of the tractor was identical. We have bought all of our parts from the local NH dealer because we have no LS dealer close by, and we have always gotten the right parts. I compared the parts manuals side by side at one point and every part I looked at was the same for both tractors.

Tractors are the same. Loaders are different, arms are different sizes that changes the reach and load capacity.

Got my LS XR4040 (4000 series) unbound shop Manuel from my dealer for $ 169. That was at cost ...these prices are available to all dealers ...

Thanks. The NH manual is on CD - makes searching a snap. I had one for my B21 and also for my wife's pickup truck and for my old ford fire truck as well.

Service shop Manual on CD at my local NH $169. Same as I paid for my hard copy for the LS

I normally download manuals to the computer and then print out the section I need when working on something. Haven't trained my brain or weaned myself away from paper quite yet.
