Local dealer had a blow-out sale on the B7510 to clear his stock room because he said that the model was being replaced in February. I can't find anything on this anywhere. Does anybody know anything about this?
SSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
What are you trying to do ? Upset the Kubota Gods!!!!!!!!!! We all remember what happened on here the last time this was brought up. This is a top secret tractor.
There are some of us who believe in this myth. Actually, there are some of us who have been waiting, and holding off on tractor purchases for some time to see if this mythical machine rises from the darkness, and shrouds of secrecy.
I was deeply involved in new product releases in a major firearms company for many years, and I do understand that sometimes the early release of information only alerts your competition, and lets them know that you see a viable market in the area of development. That did happen a couple of times with us, and we were beat to market by competitors with similar products. I'm not sure if that ever really affected our sales though. In this case, things are much different. If this product does exist, it is perhaps the last entry in this market since JD, and NH, etc. have already upgraded their tractors in this size range. If the product exists, Kubota might gain in two ways by releasing information about it. In the first place, some might want to rush to buy the last simple, and rugged 7xxx series before things like more safety interlock switches, plastic, loss of PTO clutch, etc. (going on other recent new products from Kubota) are introduced. In the second case it would give some a reason to wait for the new Kubota's rather than buy a JD, or NH, etc. to get features that are perhaps not available now in this size from Kubota. There are also some that suspect this myth is true, and will not make a decision between the existing model, and what might replace it until they have that information. Though it is snowing outside right now, many tractor purchase decisions are being made as we speak.
I am still waiting, but can't forever. I know I could be happy with that JD2320 seems like a nice unit. Perhaps I might be happier with the new B. Have to wait and see.
Perhaps when the new B comes out JD dealer will come down off his high horse and bring his prices with him. LOL
Thanks for the PM info, this should get interesting!!!!!!!! If it exists
What you have heard about are the three new B series - B2320, B2620 and B2920 that were shown last fall to the dealers. The first two digits are the gross engine horsepower - actual is about 80%.
The 23 is available as a gear drive or hydro - the big two are only hydros. Rear 540 PTO and mid 2500 PTO is standard. Pump flow is 8.3 GPM and there is a code for a loader valve mounted to the tractor, so you can use it for other hydraulic needs.
Family styled with big tractor look - nice seat and control layout.
B7800 and B7410 narrow are still in the line but all other 10 series are available only until stock is gone.
Your local dealer can get you the information with specifics on pricing and availability.
When I was at my dealer he also mentioned the new Kubota tractor should have a drive over deck like the JD 2320 and 2520. I didn't want to wait so I traded my BX2230 for the JD2320. The drive over deck was well worth the upgrade for me.
I hope Kubota also does something with the seat. The JD2320 is far more comfortable for me than my Kubota ever was.
Thanks 'Clipper! Now that you mention it, I remember the dealer also saying that Kubota was re-doing model numbers and moving to a B2X20 naming system.
Sounds like these are going to match-up nicely against the Deere 2X20 line, especially if the drafting uses a position control instead of a 1/4 inching valve.
Maybe this is old news, but Kubota has 2008 financing deals posted. You can get 36 months @ 0% on the 7410/7510/7610, but not the other B series (only 24 months). You think they're trying to clear them out?

And to be sure some of us that are trying to decide between the B3030, B7800 and maybe the new B2920 don't pull the trigger on the B7800 or B3030 just yet, they've pulled the 0/36 financing on them for the next 3 months. Guess business is good in Kubota land.
Oh well, just gives me more time to wait and see what the new models are gonna be before I decide.
So are the new models supposed to hit the dealers in February? I have been thinking of upgrading my BX23 - and the last time I was at the dealer he did mention that there were replacements coming for the B7510/7610.
Do the dealers have any literature on what these models are going to be like?
