New Massey 2615

I just wanted to say that I am impressed with the new Massey 2600 series tractors, My friend just purchased a new 2615 and it is a very nice machine.

I heard your friend is a pretty smart guy! Pulled a good bit of firewood up yesterday. Let's just say that the tractor doesn't want for power. Hooked up a chestnut oak butt log about fourteen feet long which we ended up having to winch all the way up the hill after I decided that it made me nervous steering with the brakes while the front end of my two-week old tractor "floated" two or so feet off the ground!!!

Very pleased so far. 18 hours on the meter. Pulled about another two cords of firewood up today.

Yes my friend is a smart guy , At the rate your going you will have all of your wood out of the woods in a few weeks! And I agree with you that brake steering does get you a little nervous

i bought one too. 2615 live pto 4wd. also had dealer order the extendable lift arms. i am tired of getting beat up every time i hook up to something. especially my sickle mower. its a bear to hook to.

how much added cost is it for the extendable lift arms? I had a set on a 3930 and they have me addicted now. This will be a must have for my next tractor. I really like the 2615 and thinking i may go that way.

That sounds like it will be my next investment. Maybe, if I water mine with Miracle Grow it will grow into a 2615:cool2:. After all, it is a 2610 only 5 more numbers to go:laughing::thumbsup:.
