New member, MF hydraulic light indicator issue

Hi all, just joined and I am looking forward to hear your thoughts on various topics. I own a Massey Ferguson 6190 and I am seeing the hydraulic light indicator constantly on in the dashboard. The reverse shuttle has become disengaged. What might I be experiencing?
