Edit..Title is wrong CK 2610 not 1026

The New CK 2610 HST with loader is $20000 out the door. Vs. I found a 260 hr 2015 CK 30 Hydrostat with loader $16000. I guess the CK 30 has tier 3 which I don't understand, but he says it doesn't have all the EPA garbage on it. I could get my grapple and a back blade and still be under $20000. But the the CK2610 is brand new with warrenty . So any thoughts?

CK 30.......ABSOLUTELY!!!
In 99% of cases, the warranty on a new tractor is never used, but with the CK1026, you would get Tier IV for free....WORSE than worthless!

Do you mean a Kioti CK2610?!? Never heard of a 1026.

Some folks, like fried here, are terrified of the new tier4 emissions motors. But the vast majority of them operate fine without issue. And you get a quieter, cleaner running tractor that doesn't stink up your barn/garage when you fire it up.

Can you also get 6-yr, 0% financing on the new Kioti? That would affect my decision making also.

Also, the CK2610 does not have any tier 4 emissions crap.... it is compliant without any regen stuff. I would choose the new CK over the 5 y/o CK30. Do you know the tractor's owner, has it been well taken care of (maintenance, etc..) or is the oil recently changed for the first time? I have heard quite a few stories of apparently "clean" tractors having nothing but troubles. Also a lot that were great deals... you have a hard decision.... good luck.

Nice. And yeah, duh, the CK2610 is not a tier 4 engine, just a regular old school diesel motor.

The CK2610 has a MUUUuuuch stronger loader (make sure the dealer has it with a new 4030 loader, not the old weaker 2610 loader) than the old CK30. I'd definitely go new for the much greater machine capability, warranty, and financing options.

Thank You, That's where I was leaning and just needed a nudge. Any recomendations on Quick Hitches? I want to get a rake, maybe a box blade, utility box.

Dunno, I've never used a quick hitch. I only change my rear 3-pt attachments a handful of times per year so don't mind the extra 5 minutes to get the job done, though it can certainly be a pain. BUT, Kioti does offer telescoping lower links as an option for the 3-pt hitch, which I would definitely opt for. Should make hooking attachments a breeze and probably eliminate the need for a rear quick hitch unless you really are changing multiple times per day.

I just bought a brand new CK3510SE HST last week for 20,995 OTD...you should definitely be able to find a better price on a CK2610

I would purchase the new machine with warranty.

If you store your implements on dollies, on a cement floor, and have the telescoping arms, changing them over is not that bad. The biggest PITA I have is mounting the inverted blower but that is due to the PTO. Getting the 3PH pins and top link connected is fine and I am 70.

For the cost of a decent QA you are about 50% of the cost of a hydraulic top link (if you have a rear remote standard) and that is far more useful IMHO.

If you decide on the QA, be aware that not all attachments are 100% compatible and many of the older ones are not. They can be made to fit but some work is needed.
