New owner of a Rat Terrier

But to jump to present day -- on Saturday we picked up our new family member. His name is Booker and is an 8-week old Male Rat Terrier. For a few shots of him on his first few hours with us, take a look at Booker's Arrival.

Thanks to all that gave puppy advice to me, I'm sure we made the right decision.

I used to have a kennel full of rat terriers !
Best dogs I have ever owned.
Train him early not to water your car tires & you will have it made.

Puppies, cut and am sure it cost you some. But I must tell everyone to go out and look at the pictures. I am assuming the little girl is a daughter and the pictures of her playing with that dog are priceless. I was going to copy my favorite and re-post but am sure I don't have the right to. But the last one on page two just hit me. It will be hard to get that one out of my mind to see her laugh the way she is. It has to go in one of them priceless catagories.

Gator you have to be proud of her.

Our Wire Haired Fox Terrier just had his first birthday party. Kid need puppies and puppies need kids!

He thinks he is a big dog.

Yes, that's my youngest daughter, Keely. She will turn 3 next month. She has been looking forward to bringing this puppy home, and was (and still is) gleaming with joy over this little guy. I think those two are going to be good buddies for sure.
