Well, I debated about it for a while but I finally bought a mulcher head that mounts to a skid steer. Looking through some "project" posts, I can see where it definitley would be usefull. I believe it is the best thing going for clearing udergrowth and brush. Even small trees. I've read where others have had dozers come in only to push up and leave the debris which has to be burned, buried, chipped, or hauled off. With this head, I can mulch up to 6" trees. There is only mulch left behind. I believe this is the best way to go when clearing overgrown pastures, clearing fence row's, survey lines, or even clearing lots for buildings. The difference it makes in the properties appearance is amazing and could even help some people sell their property. I am excited about it. It's nice to look back and see what a difference it can make. Hope it holds up well, but I will take good care of it.
