Can someone lend info on the proper way to tighten the new style rear hub for the B7100 ? Do you just tighten the wedge looking bolt and is there a proper torque value ? Thanks In Advance..

hi, yes i just tighten up the nut and bolt and that clamps up the wedges against the hex axle. I just do it up tight and it seems to work just fine, being tapered it tightens up much better than the old type. I also put a smear of copper ease on the mating surfaces to stop them sticking when I assemble the hubs. As a precaution, I would check that the bolt is still tight and the hubs tight on the axle after an hour or so's work, that way you can check if you have it tight enoug.
