Buying Advice New To Me

Hi all,

I am new here & new to the compact/sub compact tractor world and would very much appreciate any info, advice, or comments on a little tractor I found locally..

It is a 1984 IH234..18 HP built by Mitsubishi that I am planning to use on a small (1/4 acre) veggie garden.
