Hello, :D what a great site...

I've acquired my first tractor, I don't know much about tractors, but I've been getting lots of info from threads on this site.. big thanks to all you who kindly share your knowledge and know how..

Tractors are fun but can be VERY dangerous. You can't be too careful !
I think tractors are like pick ups. Everybody needs one.

G'day and thanks for the warm welcome, congrats :) and the advice on safety too.

The farmer who sold me the tractor did warn me that it's a smaller one but still very very heavy, his words... " if it lands on you, it won't be coming off", so the roll bar is up and the seatbelt is on, and I'm only using it on the flat paddock until Ive got some experience.

Slow and easy sounds like the way to go..
