Kubota B2650
Hi All;
New to this forum and tractors. I purchased a Kubota 2650 with FEL, backhoe and snowblower, it is to be delivered tomorrow. I have a question about the backhoe. The stabilizer feet pads each look like a piece of C channel, if I lower them into a lawn, will it tear up the grass. On the larger Cat back hoes I have seen in the past, they had what looked like tire sections cut to fit in between the c channel, is this something that could be made or purchased. Thanks.

The C-section design is for use on dirt and it helps keep the tractor from being dragged around. The BH is very powerful. It will tear up your lawn but no worse than the flat pads, which will also slide all over. If you use a BH on grass, you ARE going to tear up the grass. With the outriggers, with the back tires, with the FEL bucket (which is your front stabilizer).

The pads you mention with the tire sections are, I believe, for use on pavement.
