NH Auction for L35TLB 825 Hrs

My wife gets auction listings and she found this yesterday. If anyone is looking for a decent L35 TLB here's for sale locally - looked at it yesterday - runs fine and dry - no leaks at any seals or underneath.

Just needs a pressure wash - dusty but otherwise very good shape. 1997 Kubota Tractor - Paul McInnis LLC

Backhoe barely used - currently at $18K - only downside is a 20% buyers premium makes it a $22K purchase price, and auction closes at 3 PM today

If I'm spending a minimum of $22 for an old tractor I'm spending the extra for a new tractor at 0% financing.

I stay away from and and all auctions with a 'buyers premium'. It's just another way for the auctioneer tp fleece a buyer.

Well it ended at $19K plus $3800 buyers premium so $22,800 not a bad deal, but not a great deal either. New 25 years ago it was $29K range. So yes, the auctioneer's make out - as I called and asked if it was 20% on the whole amount - yep.

$22K might be a smaller Branson or LS without a hoe.
