We have 75 acres that we would like to freshen up pastures by seeding in grass seed. We also are revamping by spraying out and planting. I am wondering if there is a no-till drill that we could use with our 60 hp kubota tractor. Thoughts?

Around here anyways you can rent no-till drills from the county NRCS office and they have small enough ones that your tractor could handle.

I believe Land Pride makes a few small (<13ft) no-till drills - not sure if occasional use would be worth the prices though....

There are several options. The land pride / Great Plains no till drills are very nice. They make a three point 3PT606NT that has a 60 hp minimum. The minimum is mainly due to being able to lift it. They also make the same drill in a pull type that requires less hp if you can’t lift it. They are not cheap though. 15-20k depending on options. They are very hard to find right now due to supply issues.
