Looks nice, building smokers is one of the projects that is a gift that keeps on giving.

This is the last one I built. The smoke stack folds down for transport. The fire box is 1/2" plate wrapped in ceramic insulation and covered with stainless. It has an automatic fire starter built into the fire box and computer controlled temperature control.

Here it is loaded with 4 briskest, 6 chickens, 40#'s of squash and zucchini, 80 potatoes and 120 ears of corn.

Yum! Why is it that all of you that are having bar-b-q parties, are so far away? I don't mind bringing the beer, but would have it finished by the time I made it that far! (Even with our 75mph speed limits!)

I think it's just pure evil-ness. :laughing:
