No loader and if flat land then no need for 4wd I would think. Diff lock should be enough for what you are doing. 4wd shines when braking while going down a hill with a full load in the bucket. If mowing off the rear PTO then you may want the one with the most PTO HP. Otherwise comes down to which fits you best and seems to be maintained the best. Good luck.

A front end loader sure does come in handy. I use mine at least 50% of the time.

You want the 4 wheel drive! it is great flat land or not. The lower gearing on my L245DT makes tilling possible. I like the larger tractor as all the old Ford three point stuff fits and can be bought cheaply. Hours can be misleading as the cable to the meter is broken in many cases. These old tractors are why Kubota is so popular. Well built. Look for the normal wear items like tires. If the tractor has been taken care of you willl be able to tell. Same is true the other way. If it has never been greased. well you know.

The L345 is a big machine for doing 'lawn' type work. Most of them I've seen have had fairly aggressive AG tires on them that really will beat up your lawn.

The B7100, with appropriately sized cutter would do really well. If it doesn't already have a ROPS on it, get one on Kubota's corporate program.

I would say it depends on the 'lawn'. I maintain my place which includes finish mowing my approx 3 acres of grass with a L5240 with ag tires. That being said I would choose the B just because it is 4x4 and for my terrain that is a must, your needs/terrain may be different.

Be careful on the B7100 it is almost identical to a B7001 which is a gray market tractor and Kubota will not sell parts for it in the US. It is still a great tractor just a little harder to maintain. You can tell by checking the serial number on the left side of the transmission body just below and forward of the PTO shifter.
