Pacific North West - Excessive heat warning issued

I've had a total of less than 2" in the last two months. At this rate it will snow before we get much more rain. It was 36F just before sunrise this morning.

Just to be on the safe side. I'm going to wait for another rain shower or some snow on the ground.

We're still dealing with the aftermath of last summer. There was a thread on the drought, but record breaking heat was more immediate and uncomfortable so it got more traffic. We have had over 3" of rain since late September, but the ground is not even a shovel blade wet.
