Wish I could help you. I am a US citizen (Florida), but have a summer home in Nova Scotia.
I often bring things to my friends in NS when they need something.
Hopefully you will find a cost effective way to get the Pat's Easy Change system to Alberta.
You will LOVE how that hitch works.
BTW: If you order the Pat's hitch from AgriSupply.com they INCLUDE the spacer bar in the sale.
Agri Supply is a GREAT company to buy from, but I don't know if they will ship to Canada.
