What's a 100 lb hog cost in your area?

That is the kind of BBQ that brings Friends, Family, and the Neighbors together. Have a great time. I know that YOU will.

We still cook with oak wood, I think it's taste better than gas. Don't really know until we pick it up on the cost. Will let you know.

Darn!!!! I've already made plans, so I can't sneak in. We also do a family/friends/neighbor hog roast in the summer months and you're right, oak wood is about ten times better flavor than cooking over gas.

Good luck and enjoy!

Of course there will be. The hog weighed out 112 pounds dressed out. 1.79lb. So it was like $209

This thread is useless without pictures, lots of pictures :D

How are you going to cook it?

It has been a few years, but friend used to have a big rotisserie; we cooked90-100lb pigs for a couple of functions at our firehouse, and a couple party's at my house. Of course, now I can not find my pictures :D
