Just added the snow pusher this year for light jobs. I'll use the blower for the bigger stuff.

Great people at QuickAttach. I'm thinking of a 3 Pt. blower, but my 1000' gravel driveway is making me think hard if it will work well enough or just throw stones or break shear pins.
i have lots of gravel driveways. i use plow until ground freezes then use my hydraulic snow blower. no shear pins

If the blower has skid shoes, just set them high enough to minimize picking up gravel

I'll keep all the great advice on snow blowing a gravel driveway in the back of my mind. I'll get thru this winter with my plow and grader blade. I've gone 25 yrs. with a plow truck and the tractor w/bucket. Now I don't have the plow truck any more, but I bought that plow blade for the Kubota and have used it in conjunction with the plow truck and now just the tractor. If my wife will still permit me to buy the snow blower after this winter, I'll try to have it for next winter.

Finally got the blower home this morning. Meteor SB68 with 3" wings added to each side giving me a total width of just over 74"

Looks formidable and ready to go to work. Need snow.. :D

Do you have to control depth by the 3 ph height, or let it float on the ground while blowing snow? Maybe there are skid shoes that keep the lower edge up a bit so it doesn't dig up gravel.

Nice unit, good tire chains, I'm keeping my eyes open for a 96" blower for the right price.
