OK, got my VEVOR PS-400H NOZZLE (Fuel Injector) TESTER up and running again and tested the brand new Injectors I just purchased from my Branson dealer. As it turned out, 2 of the 3 are Branson's brand (p/n HK12020000A3) while the other is a TYM brand with the same p/n as the Branson except they've dropped the 'A3' from the end. For the record (and maybe for help in getting individual components for these injectors because the pressures can be varied by the use/absence of shims in them and I know MY dealer doesn't mess with stocking these kinds of parts . . .) they all (even the original Injectors that came on my 2011 vintage Branson 3120R with the Kukje A1500 {one sticker on the tractor says it's an "N1" while the Kukje sticker claims it's an "N2" but that's another story . . .}) have '0078-0090' stamped right on the Injectors. My assumption is it is a number assigned by whichever company made the injector for Kukje (Branson, Cummins) but at least the first 4 digits seem to be a Robert Bosch number. The second 4 digits are probably the specs to identify it for my (and no doubt several other) applications. So here are the test numbers: the 2 with the Branson p/n popped at 2200 PSI (154.66 Kg/cm2); while the TYM brand popped at 2100 PSI (147.64 Kg/cm2). These are in line with what LouNY provided in a recent post (thank you, Lou) and sure as heck prove the numbers in my FSM ("230+/-5Kg/cm2) are waaay off. Hope this helps someone.
