Snow POWER BROOM FOR BX25

NEED HELP WITH MY BX25 AND BX2537A POWER BROOM? HOW LONG SHOULD THE DRIVE SHAFT ON THE REAR PTO. I GOT IT USED AND IT IS ABOUT 3 3/4 INCHES SHORT.CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS ? THANKS

You have me confused. The BX2537A is a front mount sweeper. It does not attach to the rear PTO. The BX2537A mounts to the BX2751 quick hitch frame and is powered from the mid pto through the BX2753 mid pto kit drive shaft. Did you get all the parts for mounting the sweeper?

If it came off of a BX1500 BX1800 or similar smaller BX then you probably have the wrong Mid PTO kit. The BX2360 BX2660 and BX24 and BX25 are slighly longer and use the a different Mid PTO kit than the smaller BX's mentioned earlier. I'm no expert but I bet thats the issue.

Oh sorry I will measure the PTO shaft on mine tonight when I get home. Its alreday mounted but I think I can still get a acurate measurement.

Its not the shaft that is differant it is the spline on the quick hitch that both shafts attatch to that is differant. You have the one meant for the bx1860 and you need the one meant for the bx2360/2660.
