POWER Track 450 LT Chineese Dozer

My father-in-law left me all his tools and equipment. So i have aquired a Power Track 450 LT chineese mini dozer. Its an early 90 model with 2 cyclinder diesel in it. I cant seem to locate the oil filter. Also i need insructions or a manual on how to adjust the foot pedals for clutch and brake along with adjusting the tracks? Also wher might i find parts for dozer and motor since most all the writing on it is in chineese? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Nik
