Price check on 2014 L3200 HST with loader

We are putting an offer in on a property, and it comes with some machinery including a 2014 Kubota L3200 HST. It has always been stored in a shed, and looked to be in great shape. It has 520 hours on it. I already own a tractor, and would be looking to sell this one. Any idea what a fair price for it would be? I am in Canada (Nova Scotia) if that makes a difference.

There is also a RTV 500 SxS of the same year. Anyone have a clue what it is worth? I can't really find many for sale in my area.
