Price Check on JD 3320

I am contemplating buying a JD 3320 and I have to let the dealer know early tomorrow morning as I have been stalling long enough.

Tractor details:

1. 2012 JD 3320 and 300cx loader
2. Factory Cab Heat & A/C
3. 150 hrs.
4. Excellent condition
5. air ride seat
6. Wheel spacers
7. No Mid PTO
   
8. $26,800

What do you think? Is it a good deal?

Seems like a decent price - maybe take off another $1,000 to make it a great deal for you. Otherwise, seems like a fair price.
