Problems with BX24 and my hill!

1988 312-8 Been a real good tractor, but my drive is on a steep hill so 4wd would be nice, chains only go so far on asphalt. You can't stop it on dirt, I have about 95 lbs on each wheel for weight. Problem is after all this weight and my slender 200 lbs frame, I don't have enough power to go back up the hill unless I'm in first gear.

I have a C175 Wheelhorse, a soft cab, and a snow blower. It has ag tires on the rear and won't even try to go without chains. I also have a front blade for it and it's the same without chains, just not enough weight on the rear with an attachment on the front. Been a tough machine though.
