Purchased another ZD-1211-72

Now that the F-3680 has been sold (buyer texted me he is very pleased with it), I picked up a replacement for it-another ZD-1211-72.
I figured it would be good to have both mowing machines the same. We have only used it once, but the increase in speed is substantial.
Thanks to all who gave honest, real world use thoughts on them.
Outside of a few very steep areas that are challenging when wet and a few overly tall areas we mow, these should last me 5-10 years as primary mowers.

2 months ago, I had a aging ZD-331 and an F-3680.
Now we are running 2 1211-72’s.

A little more boring, but a lot more practical & dependable.

Another new one. I bought one in April and another one this week. The new one I bought in April already has 105 hours on it.
I’m real pleased for what they do on 95% of the areas I cut.

I searched pretty hard for a clean, used ZD-331, but even though 1/2 price of new, IMO, a new 1211 is a better option for me.

Same here in Maryland. I did one round of mowing from Tuesday to Friday after a 3 week break. Today was very hot when I wrapped up at around noon.

Much of our yard is crunchy to walk on. Some areas that get shade from the trees and fence rows still have some green left. There's about a 1 foot wide green strip along the road and a narrow strip along the sidewalk. My guess is that what teensy bit of rain we did get ran off the hard surfaces to water them.

The way it goes here, one good rain and it will all go green and tall pretty fast.
