Mahindra dealers, would any of you know if there are additional rear remotes available? If they are, could you tell me what I should expect to pay?

Thanks in advance for any info /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

rear remotes usually run about $200-250 per stack

RedRiver, It sounds like you might be a dealer like me. If you can get the 3rd remote kit for anywhere near that price you need to give me a copy of your special price book, or order me a few /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif The third remote kit has the spool valve, linkage, hard plumbing and quick connects, and if memory serves me right it is closer to $750, plus labor to install.

You are correct. I for some reason was thinking about the 00 series.

I own an 00 series, '05 5500 fwd, that did not come with rear hydraulics. What do you mean by $250 a stack? I just had dual rear hydraulics installed at a cost of $850.

Brian, I checked my price book and a third set of rear remotes are available and MSRP on the set is $887. That doesn't include instalation and different dealers may discount that price a little. Good Luck!

Galen, thanks for the info on the 3rd remote. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I've been thinking that I should probably install 2-3 more so that I won't have to disconnect the T&T when using other implements that require multiple controls.
Thanks anyway /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Brian, I wonder what the record is for remotes? If you do a 3 spool, you'll have 5. Not many have more than that. I'm teasing a little, but I think I agree with you. Run another spool valve. Take care.

Dave, I went down to the Imperial valley back in December and was looking at some of the biiiiiiig tractors /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif that they have down there. I'm not sure, but I thought that I had seen 1 or 2 tractors with 6-8 rear remotes. Those things are giant, but when your pulling implements that are 40' or bigger and do multiple tasks at the same time, they have to be. Just my impression. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
