Good Mornin Guys,
I thought some of you would get a kick out of my first attempt at chiseling out a sign for my Uncle Daves barn !
I usually make furniture etc, but this was my first shot at anything like this. I went down the road to find a couple nice planks at our sawmill, layed out the letters and started chiseling away... The pictures really dont show it, but they are basically V shaped, about 5/8" wide and 3/8" deep...
I will update when its completely done, along with a barn shot !
Sorry, not much useful info here, but I might get a chuckle out of a few !
Just try and picture the boys standing under the sign with a cold beer, and you will get the idea !
BTW, I did use the tractor bucket to hold up one end of the sign, so it is legal !
