The roll over assembly on the right locked up the pin and roll over assembly. I have tried to push out the pin with a 20 ton shop press, but nothing happened.
What will happen if I apply a large amount of heat? Will both pieces expand? I could use a jet rod and jet out some of the pin, but do not want to ruin the larger roll over assembly.
Now, how about using something like CO2 to freeze the metal and therefore cause the metal to shrink. So, if I bore a hole through the 2 in pin, and jet the CO2 through the pin, will the pin shrink enough and allow the pin to be pushed out?
I have installed the other assembly for now with a new 2 in pin, but would like to have the other roll over assembly for future use.

What have some of you done in a similar situation?
Any good ideas are welcome.
