Kubota BX2380
Just purchased a new Kubota tractor BX2380. While speaking to the dealer about removing the loader, his response was it's a 2 person job. When I told him about videos showing it's a 1 person job he said it could be done if you're a big guy. Are the videos not accurate?

I don't have a BX, but the newer Kubota loaders are all one man jobs. Doesn't require any manhandling.

Even with my old BX22, removal of the FEL is a simple process, done mostly from the seat behind the wheel. Lift it up, put down the support feet, lower it down, pull the pins on either side, manipulate it off the mount with the loader control. Turn things off, disconnect the hydraulic hoses and arrange those on the tractor for no FEL operation if that still applies on the newer machines. This is at most a five minute operation with zero lifting.

I remove my loader almost weekly on my BX. No issues, always just me.

My BX2200 cannot be a whole lot different than yours. Mine has an LA211 loader. The frame was bent slightly by the not-real-bright former owner so it takes a lot of non-standard pain to get it on and off. I can still do it by myself. Without the spindled/bent loader frame it would be literally a 5 minute job done exactly as described by Jim in Post #3. I would question a whole bunch how much that dealer knows about his products.

My decade-old B7800 was a one-person, two-minute (at most) job. A tip is to dismount the FEL on solid ground or better yet concrete, that way it doesn't settle making the hook-up a bit more involved.

I had a BX2350 for 10 years. It’s a one person job and you don’t need much strength for it.

I have a BX24. I put my loader on and off all the time on a BXpanded dolly. Easy enough with one person, but as I am getting older it would be nice to have a second person so I wouldn't have to get up and down off the seat.;)

It's definitely a two person job. One person to do the work. The other person talks a lot and make posts on social media to promote their "accomplishments".

if you do not have the owners manual for the tractor and the loader that tells you how to remove and install the loader go get it. All Kubota loaders are simple to remove and install using the tractors hydraulics, not human force.
