Replacement Tires and Wheels for MX5100

I'd appreciate any tips you guys have on finding replacement wheels and tires (R4 or R1) for an MX5100. I'm looking at one that has turfs on it, and I would want to replace them with R4s or R1s (preferably R4s). Front and rear, of course.

I know I can order them from Kubota, but I haven't knocked over any banks lately so I hope there may be other sources.

Also, is there any market for the used turf tires that would come off of it? They are in great shape. Just not sure how many people out there are looking for turf tires for a utility tractor of that size.

Here's a salvage outfit that sells used and aftermarket parts online... they might have or help find the correct rims. There are probably many others; this is just one I found on the web.

There should be any number of tire suppliers within 100 miles of DFW that do agricultural tires. If your loot will cover it, they'd certainly have new stuff, maybe even a rims + tires deal.

That's probably not much more than you already knew... maybe someone else has more ideas.

I would be interested in the turf tires if they would fit on my L5740. I may even be interested in swapping. I have R4's on mine. And the front's are new.

The tire sizes on the MX5100 and the L5740 are the same except that the front R4's on the MX are 12" wide while the ones on the L5740 are 10" wide (according to Kubota's website). That should work, but I'd want to check with Kubota to make sure. That difference is interesting because the turf tires are exactly the same on both tractors according to Kubota's website. I'd also want to check out the bolt pattern and axle size on both tractors.

I saw that the tires are the same size. But, we would need to confirm the bolt pattern. Let me know if you make the deal on the 5100, then maybe we can make a deal too.

My brother has a 5100, and I could compare his to my L5740.
