ROPs Umbrella vs TuffTop

/ ROPs Umbrella vs TuffTop #21
I have A Kubota B3030, 1st thing I did was buy a TuffTop, 2nd thing I did was take out the bottom garage door panel while backing out :-(
The top survived with only a slight kink in it, wish I could say the same for the garage door, aluminum panel had to be bent back in and flattened with a block and hammer.
Gotta love that TuffTop ;-)

Well sounds like the TuffTop will be a purchase I'll be making-I used to bake in the sun fishing (few years ago I did the ct bass federation tournaments) I made a swivel umbrella holder for my fishing seat. Was the only one staying relatively cool in the open bass boats;)

Hey Bigman I grew up in montville, bought a piece of land in Lisbon, now have hardly any time for fishing.:( .. but I do get to work the tractor quite a bit..:D

How much does the Tuff top add to the height of the tractor? I've only got 8 foot clearance.

I think the web site states 5 inches above the ROPS

I did order the FEMCO ROPS umbrella from TSC today, Ill see how it works out.. If it doesnt ill drop the money for a tufftop.. TSC cost on the umbrella was $37 and their price was $62 (normally they 2x cost + shipping - but this price was already in their system)... I was thinking there for a second she was going to sell it to me at their cost, but that didnt happen.. LOL

Hello Bigman: I had the pleasure of meeting Bigman ( Dave) a few days ago. He was selling something and I was buying, I'm very impressed with his toys and his land. It's good to meet folks with the same interests, and great to meet someone from this fine forum, especially a good guy like Dave. (BTW p.m. me so I can show you the pipe barm)
