RTV 1100 heat and vent issues

Guys,
I have a RTV 1100 that just started noticing is having some issues with the heat...started cooling off here...
First it was not getting warm at all I checked the fluid and then pumped the hose some by hand and IE squeezed it... which seemed to help now... the air only blows from the defrost and feet and side vents.. not the ones that come from the dash...
Anyone have any suggestions? I would like to avoid taking it back to the dealer unless necesssady...

OK found the issue apparently over time of rough riding or whatever... the connector to the heat selctor and vent defros etc... can come loose after taking the dash apart (Should have just pulled the radio) any way reconnecting them etc... and it seems to have fixed it...

Its actually caused by the radio install, when I do the installs I pull the HVAC controls from the dash in reinstall them last to make sure the wires aren't stretched or being pulled.
