RZR 570 Doors

Any one here attempt to build their own doors for one of these machines. I want to try and build a set for my brothers RZR? Looking for any tips or insight. This is the first mock up.

I have not, but wanted to say it looks like you are off to a good start. There are a couple of Polaris fourms that have some great posts along the line of fabrication for windshields and cabs. I plan to build a cab for my new Mule Pro FXT at some point. Sure as heck am not going to pay $5k. Good luck to you!

Here are the doors skinned with a 45 gallon drum. they are slip on/off hinges.
