I made a change this weekend to improve the way the rubber bumpers mounted. I bolted a 4 x 12 1/4 plate to the original bumper mount points. Then the bumpers were bolted to the bottom of the seat suspension using the predrilled holes.

Did this today. I only cut out the part of the bracket that interfered with the seat. 20210123_141902.jpg
Next I mounted the springs/bumpers, mine are newer, not on the tractor, I placed them on the seat/suspension.20210123_171148.jpg
I then fabricated a piece of steel for the bumpers to sit on, using the holes where they used to attach.

It works great, but my head is right up on the canopy I have.

Been quite some time since I posted this. Never got any notifications on any post and forgot about it. My seat suspension is still working great. Glad to see that a few others have found help and even improved the installation of this thread.
