depending on where you live and the local laws. On my last new system. a member form the local board of health and the design engineer had to laser transit the field and pipe when I was done. It is level for disbursement purposes and if not totally level, one area will get saturated in a hurry (one or two pipes dipping downward instead of level) and this will prematurely ruin the system again...
