Setting Coulter Wheel Depth On Turning Plow

When using a turning plow for the first time on pasture with pre-mowed Bermuda grass where should the bottom of the coulter wheels be set in relation to the bottom of the plow? Where is a good place to start? Thanks...
PS- This is on a 3 bottom, 14" set up.
