I just figured that was the anti-theft deterrent for when he parked it! LOL

Neither rear axle wheel is on it, it's currently a single axle to get it to the house, that's why everything is loaded to the front so I would have enough tongue weight. Trailer was damaged in a rollover and I'm robbing parts before most likely scrapping it, the trailer was part of a trade deal with the air compressor.

P.S. You're missing a wheel...

If you look at the bottom of each strap, you will see the ratchet used to tighten each one up.
