I had a Shibaura SD1500AO and it was tough as nails. Try to figure out a New Holland model of the same approximate year and horsepower. The filters may interchange. Mine had NAPA filters on it.
Do a search of who sells Shibaura tractors in the US and ask them about where to get parts.
I think Sheafer Tractor posts on TBN and would be worth a look.
