I attended SUNY starting in 1980 majoring in geology. Great group of professors in the geo dept. Some friends and I used to have a good time small game hunting up there as well as fishing along the St. Lawrance and Raquette rivers.

I have a L3010HST with a 6.5'Myers plow. For rear weight I have 600#on 3ph,plus loaded rear tires. This will be my third winter of plowing,so far I haven't had anything I couln't push.I'am not sure of the plow weight,probably around 250#,plus sub-frame around 70#.I generally plow in float position,however if the ground is not frozen,I raise the plow up a little.I also have down pressure to scrape the paved section clean.I always plow in 4wd.
