Tractor is 4WD with gear shift (8 fwd., 4 reverse) and is in excellent condition, with only 104 hours on the clock. Equipment has been kept mostly in a metal building or under an RV canopy. All routine maintenance (engine oil, air filter, fuel filter, etc..) has been performed annually regardless of operating hours. Equipment is available for local pickup in Georgetown, TX. Seems right to me, this year’s market isn’t last years. Especially with the cost of parts and diesel.

That seems about right. A well maintained tractor doesn't lose value the way that a car does. This one is 10 years old with fewer hours than I would put on it in a year.

Thank you all for your observations. That is precisely the logic I used when I priced this package. I'd like to sell this equipment, not just have it listed forever!

For those who might be interested, I'll consider separating the rake from the package.
