Started to tackle my winter firewood today. Sure is nice to have some helpers.

It is handy to have a helper, I taught my wife how to run a chain saw last year and got her some chaps and a loggers helmet etc. She is claustrophobic and can't wear a full face motorcycle helmet, but the logger's helmet doesn't bother her for some reason.

Two sets of hands are better than one. Now, that's what I call Teamwork. Best wishes.

Just finished fetching 5 pickup truck loads of oak that was offered for free, but that'll be for next years heat, or the year after. My wife will help me with just about anything chore wise, but won't touch any of my power equipment. Tried to get her to try the BX a few times but she just refuses. Running a chainsaw - fugetaboutit! Most of the time, that's a good thing. :D

My wife wanted me to get her one. I got her a battery powered Black & Decker for her brush cleanup work. I couldn't bear to see her get hurt. She helps me a lot with with splitting though. We have four years of wood stocked up. Mostly black locust taken from our woods.

A wife can be a big help if given direction. She does all of the stacking (18 cords shown), helps clean up, and contributes with the chipping. No chainsaw work though.

Do you have any issues when using your Woods RB60 with your BX? Where I purchased my BX25 I was looking at getting a LP1560. Liking Woods, I called my local Rep and found a slightly used RB60 at a fair price. Any thoughts?

My wife helps me with our firewood also!!
