STRANGE QUESTION? CANNED SPAM

OK guys and girls , fess up !!! who likes canned spam beside me and the bride? seems to me a whole lot of folks must buy it as they still make and sell it. just my presonal survey to see if it is only poor folks like me /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif that enjoys it? and what is your favorite way to eat it? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

OK, I eat it and like it. Warm it up a little and it goes great with a hot bed of white rice with pork and beans. Great campfire meal. I also make sandwiches with mayonnaise and slice tomatoes. I love that too. The next day I love eating the "hardened" up pieces like canned jerky and could snack on them until lunch or so.

SEEMS like there are more spam lovers than i thought. i like mine on fresh crusty bread, with a bit of horseradish and a few slices of bread and and butter pickel slices thrown on. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Frank, that's something I've wondered about myself. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif You hear all the jokes about it; few people admit to using it, and yet there's always lots of it on the grocery store shelves. I can remember it making pretty good sandwiches when fried a long time ago, but don't guess we've bought any in at least 20 years. I guess it's about time to try it again. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Exactly how i eat it ( when I eat it ). Only variation, is sometimes i add a slice of american cheese to it while it is still hot.

I've found they have a turkey product too..
