String-trimmer: 2 stroke vs 4stroke

Onto my 2nd Husqvarna 4stroke trimmer
(HUSQVARNA 324LDx - Trimmers)
I bought a second one so i guess that's my statement about the machine.
It employs a Honda GX25 OHC motor
(Honda Engines - GX25 Mini 4-Stroke Engine)
I use 4 of these 25cc honda engines, they are brilliant.
Mellow sound, smooth, torquey, good power, smell nice, no stinking 2stroke exhaust or petroil mixing. very easy starting, utterly reliable and run for an hour on a tank of straight gas. wet-sump splash lube operates fine in all positions - eg hedgecutter attachment. Have thrashed the oldest one for 3 years with only regular oil changes (100cc) and filter cleaning, spark plug never replaced, still (always) starts first pull. NOTHING has failed on any of these motors, not even a pull cord.
Would not consider a 2stroke of the same displacement, these motors are as good as Honda claim they are.

Just picked up a Honda HHT35SLTAT (35CC 4 Cycle) to replace the disposable Poulan Pro that died. What a night and day difference in the power, so far this Honda has been very impressive. Have always had good luck with Honda motors...wood splitter, lawn mower, pressure washer they all start great and run good.
