Stuck with a BH92 backhoe I can't use

I purchased a new tractor with a BH92 backhoe that I ordered in March that they can't get brackets for to mount on my tractor. It's been going on over 2 months now with the Warranty running, the dealer ignored me when I asked for a refund. So I am wondering what my options are, they said I couldn't fabricate the brackets because it would void the warranty. I don't suppose it would be legal to sell it since it's financed through Kubota? I told them to dump it off in my yard next week and I will see if I can figure out what to do with it. Thanks

Cab subframe is BH4982 and ROPS subframe is BH4989. Both are available from Kubota, in stock at their Georgia and Texas warehouses.

I have the subframe for the ROPS version, someone had taken the brackets that go above the rear axles out of my package. Apparently now nobody has the brackets,Texas is one place they checked. This week they were checking in Kansas. Thanks for replying.

I would if I had a lawyer, unfortunately all I have is couple tractors and an old chevy pickup.

LOL - they should be able to do a nationwide search and locate one. If they would just refund the cost of the frame at least you could maybe get one of the better dealers like Messicks to find you one and send it out.

That is the last thing I would want them to do. It is of no use to you with out the sub frame. I would not take possession of it. If they can not make good on the hole package I would demand a refund and contact Kubota corporate if necessary. Maybe they won't be of help, but it's worth a try if you don't want to hire a lawyer.

Have your dealer file a "shortage and damage" claim with Kubota, based on the invoice number of the subframe. The parts will get shipped.

Thanks, that's an excellent point, your right that would be a mistake to have them deliver it. I might give messicks a a call next week, I ordered a oil pan from them for a 12 year old tractor and they had it to me a few days. It's a shame when you can't get a part for brand new tractor, I didn't think Kubota would be like that, boy was I wrong on that. I think I would rather just buy another sub frame instead of paying a lawyer. Thanks guys for the advice !

Your issue is with your dealer, not a bracket. Your dealer needs to deliver what was ordered and bought, or is there more to the story?
