How do I get support and parts for a TYM tractor. I get no response from the company's website.

There are no dealers near me and the TYM website is no use.

Let's start with, generally, where are you? How did you get a TYM, but have no dealers? Sometimes, telling the story can help people figure out how to best respond. I know some dealers are essentially 'nationwide'.

Not knowing where you are located? My brother in law gets his TYM parts from spread eagle equipment on the WI MI border. Ordered over the phone and shipped to the house.

There is (was?) a dealer in Billings called EQP (406) 206-0023. They were briefly in Gillette, Wy too but disappeared during Covid.

Website shows 4 in Montana, but appears most are in the West.
Big Tex was (is?) the biggest Branson dealer. Keno is in PNW and seems to do a lot nationwide. LSE in Nashville also seems to have a wide footprint.
