TC33D battery junk!

the odyssey is a so called dry cell battery and i havent seen it referred to as a agm battery so i was confused. Any AGM battery should be a good choice then huh? one that fits anyway.

BTW: I was in Sam's Club last night and noticed that they have increased their Optima batteries in price to match other sources. The red top is now $146. I guess they decided that they were selling them too cheap.

I was in Sams today and they dont have the 51 anymore nor do they even make that model anymore. they had too many propblems with it i guess so they stopped making it. The optima is out now im looking for another AGM

Get an Odyssey.

it just seems so small at 6-5/8 long and i can fit a 10 inch battery in there. I wish i had a better fit and more cca.

I replaced mine with a Walmart brand and have no problems. I never had this problem, but I did repaint the radiator and greased the cables. Good Luck.

By the way, not sure if this will help, but the yellowtop Optima works fine in the TC29/33 too. I had to modify the battery tray slightly, but man was it worth it! I have not had a problem since I installed the optima. No corrosion, guaranteed start every time. for what it's worth.
