I've seen the movie a couple of times and it occasionally shows up on TCM.

If for nothing else, this movie is historical in the fact that it is one of the earliest cross-promotional marekting efforts of the sort we would expect to see today involving Hollywood. The "Earthworms" were obviously Caterpillars and a play upon the brand name. The movie was promoted by the Caterpillar company.

Not to mention, not a bad watch and Joe E. Brown is one of H'wood's semi-forgotten early comedic talents.
