Price seems within range with all of the implements but you will need counterweight to do much with the 60" grapple. Might want to consider a weight box. The small Kubota weight box is not expensive and there are other less expensive and more versatile aftermarket options.

You need to watch which model of BB and rotary cutter they quoted.
With Landpride, the 1xxx series is lightweight, light duty.
On the BB especially, if you want it to work you will need the 2560. They are approximately 115 lbs per ft if memory serves.
The 12 or 15 series are around 80 lbs per ft.

I would also recommend top and tilt if you will be doing any road or driveway work.
Easier to have dealer do it and wrap it in the financing then to do it yourself later.
